I had lunch with renowned bloggers Aizuddin and Oon Yeoh. It's a pity that Oon will not be speaking at the INFOSOC conference at the end of this month, he's a great story teller.
To commemorate the first time I met Oon, I would like to host the first Malaysian virtual general elections. Admittedly, the format is wrong. But I hope you 'vote' anyway...
Who do you think should be the next Prime Minister:
1. Abdullah Badawi ()
2. Musa Hitam ()
3. Najib Tun Razak ()
4. Mustapa Mohamed ()
5. Muhyiddin Yassin ()
6. We should create a clone of the PM ()
You forgot Mr. (DS) Anwar Ibrahim - I believe there is a plot for him to get a royal pardon? (:
Posted by: Mohammed Shakur at 2003年06月12日 09:32I thought about that... but since this is for the next general elections, I believe there's a cooling off period after one is released from jail before one can participate in an election... :D
Posted by: najah at 2003年06月12日 10:09Can he actually (Mr. Anwar Ibrahim) run for an election with a prison (criminal) record? I remembered some rule about that a few years ago.
Posted by: Ivan at 2003年06月13日 22:45It is on record that DSAI will not seek a royal pardon. But there are rumours that Ezam is in touch with UMNO in this respect. See Mkini--http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/2003061300110773.php
Would a royal pardon also means that DSAI criminal record be expunged and he therefore be able to stand for elections. Malaysia Boleh?!:-D
What the *%##$$$@@@???!!!
That Muhyddin Yassin ? are you joking? He should be sent to dig drains, don't even consider him to be the next PM..... look how he managed the Piracy in malaysia ? F grade.
