Seems like no place is safe from the deadly SARS virus. Having heard of the suspected cases here in Malaysia, everyone becomes a suspect.
The guy who sniffled as he passed my cubicle, the friend who confessed to having a fever, the lady on the LRT who sneezed without covering her mouth. Eating in public places starts becoming a difficult endeavour. Is it safe? Every single stranger that walks past - did he just come back from Singapore, Hong Kong or China? Thinking about these things are driving me mad. So I ate and forgot about SARS for a while, until 5 minutes ago when someone sneezed nearby. With SARS on this side of the world, and war on the other side - anyone for moving to Mars?
