Positivity is abundant around me. The speculation of our re-organisation exercise has been revealed, and although it yielded more questions than answers, it was heartening to note that the questions were being furiously noted down by the decision and policymakers.
Sometimes, that's all it takes. Forget the corporate communication packages and carefully worded statements. What allays fears and sets people's apprehensions at ease are often displays of sincerity. That eventhough the powers-that-be don't have all the answers yet, they will get them because it's their job and they intend to do it with integrity.
Integrity. Big word. So scarce.
